Where possible we hold goods in stock for immediate delivery either from our selves or our partners. In the event that the item is not in stock this is indicated on the individual product page. Non stock items will be made especially for you and you will be contacted to let you know the estimated delivery date. Alternatively you may wish to contact us by email or phone to enquire on any particular item and delivery times before purchase. Where possible we also offer a gift wrapping service which is indicated against the individual items. Goods may be sent to an alternative address. However, this is normally reserved for existing customers.   We have personally selected all the items that we display on our sites and are happy to guarantee the quality and value of all the items. However, as you will see when you look through our sites, most of the items have been handmade by individual designers and small design companies. Due to this fact small variations may occur. Therefore if, upon receipt, you are unhappy with any of the items purchased simply return them to receive a full refund. This is provided that the goods are unused and are in perfect condition. They must also be returned in their original packaging please. Unfortunately due to reasons of hygiene we are unable to accept returns, or offer exchanges, on pierced earrings or underwear unless, of course, the goods are faulty.   Our fair pricing policy means that the price you see is the price you pay for all deliveries within the UK.   As you will see, by clicking on the ISIS logo to the right, we are an Accredited Retailer of the Internet Shopping Is Safe campaign run by IMRG (Interactive Media in Retail Group) which promotes best practice amongst its members.
