Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our gallery, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping bag. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction from US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept most major credit and debit cards with the exception of Diners. To make payment you may use the secure facility built into the site or send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or make payment via a cheque prior to shipment.
When confirmation of order is received by email, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice which will be sent directly to you with your order or by mail, if it is a gift to a third party. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

Shipping and Handling
All deliveries have to be signed for therefore the address to which they are being sent requires a recipient available to sign for the goods.
Royal Mail restrictions apply to all goods being sent. It should be noted that this will affect only a minority of orders to restricted countries. |

Delivery Schedule
Stock items will be normally sent to you to you in 2 business days. International orders are generally received in under 5 days for Europe, 10 days for America and 14 for the rest of the world.
Where an item is made to order specially for you this time needs to be added to the above delivery times. |

Backorders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. An indication of the anticipated delivery time is given alongside the stock levels. If we find that the delivery time is likely to be longer we will contact you by email or phone to appraise you of the situation and take instructions. |

Tax Charges
VAT is charged at 17.5%. Where goods are sent outside the European Union the recipient is responsible for any local import taxes. |

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |

WhereDo I does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
